Gentle Flow - this gentle but steady practice will help to reset your mind and body. We will utilize the props for support, get grounded and melt tension. It is structured around healing and rejuvenating and is suitable for all levels of Yoga looking for a slower paced class.
Balance & Flow - this fun filled hour will get you moving through some great sequences that have lots of balance poses! Sure to become your favourite class!
Wall Yin - A quiet practice using the wall. This is a gentle way to get into our deeper connective tissues and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Suitable for all levels.
Chair Yoga - Chair yoga is perfect for both students with physical challenges that find it difficult to get on and off the floor as required for a traditional yoga class & students who do not find this difficult. A fun way to move through your practice.
Sun Salute Flow - A more active flow class that moves through many different Sun Salutation variations....it'll warm you up! An extended Savasana practice ends the class.
Yin - A slow & very quiet practice(poses held for 2 - 10 minutes) that not only allows you to move deeply into a pose but also allows you to explore what it means to be quiet & still. An excellent addition to your practice.
Morning Flow - A quick early morning practice (45 mins) to get you moving & ready for your day. Sun Salutations, Warriors & a little bit of balance to start your day off right.
Healing Hatha - A healing Hatha flow class which strengthens the body and relaxes the mind. A focus on Salutations, twists and balance poses, ending with a guided meditation to nourish the mind, body and spirit.
Yin/Yang - Each class begins with a series of held, yin postures. The practice concludes with a simple standing flow that allows students to integrate this newly-released energy, openness, and awareness.
Meditation - a 30 minute guided meditation...introduce some quiet into your day.
Runners Yoga - 7PM run (distances will vary & all levels are welcome) followed at 8PM with a gentle practice to stretch it all out.
Slow Flow - A great practice for beginners or for those wanting a slower paced flow practice.
Karma Kwickie - A donation-based class ($10) where partial proceeds are gifted to a local Rockwood charity or group in need of funds.
