We've all heard the expression, "You don't know what you've got til it's gone." Why do we wait? Today I pause to appreciate, acknowledge, and express gratitude for all that I have...my life, my health, my home, my talents, my relationships, enough food & water...
I most often don't tell the people who mean the most to me how much I appreciate them. I recently missed out on a chance to tell one of the most important people in my life how much she enhanced my life & how special she always made me feel...although I regret not having made the effort, I believe she knew. In her normal fashion of teaching me those important life lessons, she never voiced her displeasure nor disappointment in me. I could truly tell her anything without the fear of rejection....what I didn't know then was how very much I would come to appreciate that unconditional acceptance & love...I hope it's to my credit that I appreciate it now. I hope she knows.....

1) My wonderful & supportive main man who reminds me every single day that one of the most important things in the world is that smile that is just between us; you know the one I mean
2) My 2 beautiful daughters who remind me every single day that I am capable of providing this world with such beauty
3) My Teachers who have offerd their talents & knowledge to enhance my skills & help me on my journey; your generosity is boundless
4) My Yoga students who remind me every single day that I am so very blessed to share this beautiful practice
